We had the sweetest, best event ever at Anaïs last Wednesday. Catherine Shannon, Chloe Pingeon, and Sophia June shared their wisdom to a crowd of, obviously, mostly women in their 20’s-30’s. In particular, still thinking about Sophia’s line “She projected an image of not caring; I projected an image of being a joy to have in class.” This was relatively easy to put together minus the wack-ass waitlist stress, so another soon, for sure.

I went to Philly this weekend for the first time and while I missed the Liberty Bell (smh), I made it to the Barnes Foundation for a two-hour jaunt in which it became one of my top five favorite museums. Renoir, Seurat, Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani, all the stuff a basic bitch (me) Framebridges for her bathroom in its original form. I also beefed with the waitress at the Black Sheep and wore an insane dress I borrowed from Doen whose stray beads had a number of wedding guest attendees sliding across the dance floor in their patent dress shoes. I forgot to take any pictures of me in it, obviously. Margaux also hooked me up with these, which are perfect height, and so comfy when you’re not stepping raw dog into snow banks.

I got cyberbullied by my friends this weekend for affiliate linking a $745 sweater I wear every day and also got for free. Tbh I have amazing friends. Alternatively, this Nili Lotan does the same effect for $144, Theory accomplishes the silhouette for $231, and even Everlane is charging $238. Minimum wage is $17/hour in New York, by the way, so it would only take a person 14 hours to buy a turtleneck sweater from Everlane, except that minimum wage is also taxed at 20% here. So anyway here’s the sweater:
